Michelle O'Sullivan, Merrill Lynch's Head of Human Resources in Dublin, said: 'We are delighted to be voted Best Place to Work in Dublin, as we are working hard to make the firm an employer of choice. We appreciate that there is more to do, however, and have a busy year ahead of us.

Coming top in this survey is the best endorsement we could have received, as it reflects the views of our own employees'.
