The heavily employee-owned, US headquartered firm came out top of the 143 companies which accrued votes in the HereIsTheCity 'Best Place to Work in the Global Financial Markets' survey. In the final round of voting, over 86% of Jefferies 2,247 global staff voted for their firm. In total, more than 165,000 votes were cast throughout the survey.
