Here's an edited video clip of Shoichi Nakagawa, the Japanese Finance Minister who quit after his bizarre performance during the weekend's G7 meeting.

There were suggestions that he may have been drunk, although Nakagawa says that a potent mixture of flu medication and a glass of red wine were the cause of his problems.
(Ed's note - 'Mind you, you couldn't blame Nakagawa if he had had one too many - would you if you were forced to spend the weekend listening to Tim Geithner talking a lot and saying absolutely nothing?!').
