Overall, 45.5% of respondents said that they felt 'secure' or 'very secure' in their job, notwithstanding all the market rumours and merger news.
56.1% of Front Office staff feel either 'secure' or 'very secure' in their jobs
Middle Office - 47.3%
Back Office - 32.8%
Geographically, 48.7% of staff in the EMEA region felt either 'secure' or 'very secure', followed by:
The Americas staff - 35.5%
Asia-Pac staff - just 18.6%
