The Here Is The City - Badenoch & Clark Diversity Survey asked staff if they were happy with their firm's diversity practices. You voted in your thousands.

There's no hiding now, as diversity is high up on the agenda in the financial markets. Clare McNeish, Principle Consultant, at Badenoch & Clark, said that 'the moral and legislative reasons behind creating a diverse workforce cannot be disputed. The business case for equal opportunities has been recognised and initiatives are being undertaken to ensure that firms are actively committed to recruiting and promoting staff, regardless of gender, race, religious persuasion or age. Badenoch & Clark continues to work closely with a number of firms to help them increase the existing diversity in their workforce'.
