We asked our readers if they were able to agree (or not) with the following statement:
'My firm has shown over the last 12 months that it is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce. It does not pay lip-service to diversity'.
8,347 readers took part in the survey. ABN AMRO won with a 98.1% diversity approval rating. Over 1,100 ABN AMRO staff voted, from countries/territories including Brazil, China, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Romania, UK and Uruguay.
Chris Winfield, Chairman of the ABN AMRO Diversity Steering Group in the UK said: 'I am very proud that ABN AMRO has won this survey for the second year running. This presents us with important recognition from our employees of the steps we have taken to build on previous achievements, and the fact that we continue to make Diversity and Inclusion a fundamental part of our day-to-day business'.
