Yep, it's that time again. Our Martin Ward Anderson-sponsored 2007 Bonus Anticipation Poll is now up and running.

This year's bonus round is going to be the most difficult for firms for some considerable while. Although many firms are laying off workers following huge write-downs related to the US subprime lending crisis (and the focus is again on cost management), key workers / good performers will need to be retained if firms are to continue to build revenues when more normal times return (as many soon expect they will).

So, we want to know what you think. How will your bonus this time around stack up against what you received last year ?
