So, we set about doing some research and we've come up with a few ideas we'd like to check out with you. As usual, if we get enough positive interest we'll go ahead, and if not we'll drop the idea. All you have to do at this stage is tell us what you think.
The dates: We've three dates in mind 11th /12th / 18th December
Time: 7.30pm - till around midnight.
The venue: We've got a couple of really trendy places in mind, with enough capacity to enjoy a really brilliant evening. Naturally, we'll have exclusive use. At the end of the evening we'll make sure there are enough taxis on standby to ensure everyone gets home safely.
What's included: A pukka buffet supper with some wine and beers to get us going. They'll also be a cash bar.
Entertainment: Live band and / or disco, party hats, other entertainment (not sure yet, but you can help choose)
Dress: Anything.... but jeans must be Prada or D&G. Flashy is good. Dress to impress even better. Party frocks, tuxedos, whatever. Nothing your mother of father would wear please!
Price: We're hoping to keep the price down to around £100 per person.
What do I do now? Just let us know what you think. If there's enough interest we'll take the idea further. If there isn't, we'll drop it.
Please signal your interest by mailing richard.tobias@hereisthecity.com , indicating how many tickets you might be interested in. There is no firm commitment required by you at this stage.
