The pressure has been on Bank of America CEO Ken Lewis and his Citi counterparty Vikram Pandit to fall on their swords for months. The clamour, however, appears to have got worse these last few days.

Well, we asked you what you thought, and here are the results of our poll:

37.2% of respondents said that neither man should step down

34.8% said that Lewis should go

14.6% said that both should go

13.4% said that Pandit should step down.
