The new initiative will leverage our huge online reach to generate candidates, but will provide clients with all the benefits of a traditional recruitment firm.
Here Is The City publisher Vic Daniels said: 'This is an interesting new concept. We believe we will be the first to capture the benefits of using experienced recruitment consultants in combination with a sophisticated, easy-to-use, online candidate platform'.
Noel Marshall, the recently-appointed CEO of Here Is The City Careers, said: 'In today's market, clients demand the best of both worlds. They want quality candidates provided at low cost by individuals who understand their business. They need a value-for-money approach, which also delivers the more traditional recruitment services such as candidate short lists, interview arranging and negotiation of job offers. Here Is The City is in a unique position to do this'.
The new recruitment product will be rolled-out initially to a small group of clients, and will be ready to deliver candidates by January 4th, 2010.
